2012 marks the 10th Anniversary of the Emerald City Comicon and to celebrate, the show’s MONSTERS & DAMES art book has been supersized to EIGHTY (80) pages of original illustrations, wrapped up in a cover by renowned illustrator and conceptual artist Adi Granov!

Since 2009, MONSTERS & DAMES art books and auctions have raised well over $20,000.00 for Seattle Children's Hospital, a premier child health care & pediatric center, recognized as one of the leading hospitals for children in the nation. The art book has sold out each year at the convention.

"We’ve created not only a unique collectible that spotlights our show's
amazing and diverse roster of artists, animators and illustrators,” said ECCC Convention Director Jim Demonakos, “but also something that allows us to give back to our local community by raising thousands of dollars each year for Seattle Children’s Hospital. It’s pretty special.”

The full-color, 9"x12", 80-page MONSTERS & DAMES hardcover is limited to 1150 individually numbered copies. The 2012 edition features contributions from some of the top names in comics, animation and illustration, including Bill Sienkiewicz, Camilla D'Erricco, Louie Del Carmen, Kevin Nowlan, Tony Moore, Bruce Timm, Katie Cook, Francis Manapul & Agnes Garbowska, Mikeatron!, Scott Morse, Phil Noto, Mike Allred, Paul Guinan, Brandon Graham, Daniel Davis, Lar DeSouza, Marcus To, David Petersen, Moritat, Tony Parker, Dustin Nguyen, Jeremy Haun, Nat Jones and dozens more!
