Broken Frontier has unveiled the nominees for its 8th annual Broken Frontier Awards. Voting is now open and closes on December 23, 2011 at 2pm ET.
The BF staff has selected five nominees for each of its nine award categories: Best Writer – Mainstream, Best Writer – Independent, Best Artist – Mainstream, Best Artist – Independent, Best Ongoing Series, Best Limited Series, Best Debut Book, Best Graphic Novel and Best Publisher.
With the ballot now live, it’s up to you to help determine the award winners. Voting is completely anonymous and is open to fans, creators and industry professionals until Friday, December 23, 2011 at 2pm ET. The total amount of votes from the comics community will account for 50% of the final tally, while the votes of the BF staff will account for the other 50%. The winners will be announced on January 10, 2012.
